Accessibility for Gold Coast concrete pool visitors
Fantasy Pools Gold Coast wants every homeowner researching a concrete pool in Robina, Coomera or anywhere across the coast to read our pages, use our planning tools and fill in our forms without hitting a barrier. If something on this site is hard to see, hear, navigate or complete, please tell us through the contact form so we can fix it.
Accessibility policy
This website is built so people using a keyboard, screen reader, screen magnifier or voice control can reach the same pool information as everyone else. We follow widely used web accessibility guidelines as our benchmark and review pages when content changes.
We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a box that is ticked once. Some older content or third party features may not yet meet every expectation, and we would rather hear about a gap than leave it in place.
What we aim for on each page
- Clear headings in a logical order, so you can skim a guide on concrete pool construction or resurfacing and jump to the part you need.
- Text and background colours with enough contrast to read comfortably on a phone in bright Gold Coast sunshine.
- Images with text alternatives where the picture carries meaning.
- Forms with visible labels, sensible tab order and error messages that explain what needs fixing.
- Pages that still work when you zoom in to 200 per cent or switch to a larger default font.
- Links that describe where they go, rather than a vague "click here".
Forms and interactive tools
The enquiry form, pop-up form and pool planning checklist are the parts of the site people rely on most. Every field should be reachable by keyboard, and a pop-up form should close with the Escape key and return focus to where you were.
If a field will not accept your input, a button cannot be reached or a timer cuts you off before you finish, that is exactly the kind of problem we want reported.
How to report an accessibility problem
Use the contact form and choose a short subject such as "Accessibility". It helps to include:
- the page address or the name of the page
- what you were trying to do, for example compare plunge pool options or submit a form
- the device, browser and any assistive technology you use
- what happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
If the contact form itself is the barrier, mention that in any way you can reach us and we will treat it as a priority.
Before you send a report
Note the exact page and the step where things went wrong. A screenshot is useful if you can take one, but a plain description of the problem is enough for us to start looking.
